• You will manage and maintain our CRM system in day-to-day operations, ensuring clean, well-structured data • Plan, create and optimize newsletters as well as automated campaigns along the customer journey • Marketing automation with email flows (e.g., welcome series, reactivation, post-purchase) • Analyze relevant KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion) and conduct A/B tests for continuous optimization • Develop and maintain segments for personalized customer communication • Contribute to initiatives for customer retention, loyalty and optimization of the customer journey
Job Requirements
- Initial practical experience in CRM, email marketing or e-commerce (e.g., through internships, working-student roles or vocational training)
- Interest in data-driven marketing and customer lifecycle management
- A good sense for target-group-appropriate communication and strong copy comprehension
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or email marketing platforms is a plus
- Analytical mindset and enjoyment of improving campaigns based on metrics
- Structured, independent working style and strong willingness to learn
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Optional: affinity for horses or interest in equestrian sports is a plus, but not required

Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer with strong expertise in building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify and Shopify Plus eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify theme development, custom app integrations, API integrations, and performance optimization. The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end Shopify development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. - Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. - Develop custom Shopify functionalities and integrations using Shopify APIs. - Build and integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and ERP/CRM systems. - Optimize website speed, performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. - Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, compatibility issues, and production incidents. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams for seamless implementation. - Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required. - Stay updated with the latest Shopify ecosystem updates and eCommerce trends.
