Instrumentation Sales Engineer — East
Yokogawa
• Responsible for managing and developing the Instrumentation portfolio. • Promote and sell the group's products and solutions to domestic customers. • Meet or exceed order intake and margin targets set by the Sales Director. • Define and deploy the regional action plan. • Maintain an active customer presence with a required number of visits. • Prospect and identify new clients and business opportunities. • Collect and share strategic and economic intelligence internally (projects, investments, etc.). • Gather competitive information (pricing, new products, etc.). • Be proactive in proposing improvements and solutions. • Use the CRM. • Ensure customer satisfaction, conduct surveys and share results with relevant stakeholders (QHSE, Sales Director). • Energize and manage sales channels (distributors, agents/resellers, OEMs). • Ensure synergy with other Sales Engineers and other company departments (Services, Systems).
Job Requirements
- Education: Bac+2/3 or equivalent (e.g., BTS CIRA or Electrotechnics, DUT in Physical Measurements, DUT GEII, or Engineering degree)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within industry (instrumentation solutions)
- Driving license (category B)
- English (read, written and spoken)
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience using a CRM
- Familiarity with relevant technical vocabulary and the physical laws applied
- Technical expertise in instrumentation

This role will work remotely in the Arkansas territory, and only candidates located in Arkansas will be considered.
