Medical Assistant – Clinical Support Specialist

• Prepare patient charts for daily visits • Manage and process prescription refills • Enter and manage medical orders • Conduct patient callback follow-ups • Respond to patient messages in a timely manner • Provide medical documentation support • Assist with limited scheduling tasks when needed • Maintain accurate and organized patient records • Support daily clinical workflows and operations • Follow HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality standards at all times

Job Requirements

  • Medical or healthcare education/background preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical support role required
  • Previous virtual assistant experience preferred but not required
  • Medical license (RN, MD, PT, etc.) is not required, but clinical experience is highly valued
  • Experience with Elation or similar EHR systems is strongly preferred
  • Experience in aesthetic, wellness, or integrative medicine practices is a major advantage
  • Basic requirements
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
  • Must have relevant work experience
  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
