• Realizar a sustentação e oferecer suporte adequado para aplicações web em ambiente produtivo; • Monitorar a fila de atendimento por meio de ferramenta de ITSM (ServiceNow); • Executar análises, troubleshooting e direcionamento corretivo de incidentes e problemas; • Realizar comunicação direta com cliente e parceiros, reportando o andamento das análises; • Acompanhar implantações de mudanças nas aplicações; • Identificar e desenvolver melhorias nas aplicações e/ou ferramentas internas para automação de tarefas do dia a dia; • Elaborar e auxiliar na documentação de problemas conhecidos; • Garantir a boa experiência e o funcionamento adequado do negócio, assegurando o cumprimento do SLA de cada assunto; • Atuar em regime de plantão no modelo de sobreaviso; • Atuar em time de Sustentação de projeto de grande porte, realizando manutenção corretiva e evolutiva de sistemas web, aplicativos e microserviços; • Realizar análise N2 de incidentes; • Atuar em análise N3 e desenvolvimento de correções; • Atender tickets por meio do ServiceNow; • Participar de salas de resolução de problemas junto aos demais times envolvidos; • Atuar no atendimento de incidentes críticos.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência em sustentação e monitoração de aplicações web;
  • Conhecimento em Service Now
  • Experiência na resolução de tickets (chamados)
  • Conhecimento em banco de dados;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil responsável, flexível, com disposição para aprender, disseminar conhecimento e trabalhar em equipe;
  • Capacidade para atuar em ambientes de alta criticidade;
  • Senso de urgência.
  • Desejável: conhecimento em pelo menos duas tecnologias de desenvolvimento (NodeJS, VueJS, Java ou React JS);
  • Conhecimento em tecnologias de containers (Docker e Kubernetes);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de versionamento de código (Git);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de documentação e testes de APIs SOAP e REST (SoapUI, Postman e Swagger).
