• Deliver high-quality design work, from conception to delivery, for various products on the Stedi platform • Work collaboratively and build with engineers and our customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems • Help define strategy — understanding and articulating the product’s goals, success metrics, roadmap, and commitments • Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and connect regularly with customers to validate product directions • Improve our internal design system, and push for higher quality across the whole product, not just the screens in front of you.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company shipping software
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Frontend development experience with React, Next.js and HTML/CSS
  • Experience shipping software that works on complex problems, such as developer tools, revenue-cycle management, fintech systems, process management, or others
  • Have good practical knowledge of end-to-end product design — from user research through high-fidelity design and developer handoff.
  • Comfortable working with engineering, design, and business teams
  • A great juggler of creative optimism and critical investigation
  • Comfortable building iteratively to gather feedback
  • Located in PST - EST time zones.

Role Description We are seeking an Estimator at our corporate office in Albany, NY, or in a remote position.
