Role Description We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join the ELSA program. ELSA is a strategic digitization initiative operating in a SAFe environment with 12 product teams distributed across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. The program focuses on application and process automation while establishing a new IT architecture to enable fully automated network enhancement management. In this role, you will support agile delivery across the program, with a strong focus on enabling teams to adopt and apply agile methodologies and tools effectively.
