• Facilitate Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are effective and time-boxed • Support team self-organization, accountability, and cross-functionality • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and predictable delivery • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable insights • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, well-structured, and prioritized backlog • Support alignment between the team and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of goals and priorities • Monitor and improve team health, effectiveness, and delivery outcome • Promote transparent workflows, metrics, and clear documentation practices • Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization • Build trust by making information accessible, understandable, and actionable • Travel quarterly, for a few days (3-4)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar (min 2-3 years)
- Experience working in software development environments
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
- English (at least B2)
- Nice To Have Experience in scaled environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join the ELSA program. ELSA is a strategic digitization initiative operating in a SAFe environment with 12 product teams distributed across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
