Role Description Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Clinical Operations or Associate Vice President, the Director of Residential Services manages services to those that are receiving SMI/IDD Community Living Support and Personal Care Services in various specialized residential settings. Qualifications - A Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in the Human Services, Social Services, Nursing (a Bachelor’s Degree will be accepted), Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Management, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Requirements - Eight (8) years of full-time paid professional experience working in a human service, social service, mental health, or behavioral health setting. - Five (5) years of full-time paid professional experience as an executive, administrator, manager or supervisor in a human service, social service, mental health, or behavioral health setting. - Three (3) years of professional experience performing screenings, assessments, or authorizations in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting. - Two (2) years of full-time paid experience coordinating residential placements for a human service, social service, or mental health organization. - A Valid State of Michigan clinical licensure: RN, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LLP or PhD. - A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record. Role Description Under the general supervision of the Budget Administrator, the Budget Analyst assists with the design, development, and oversight of Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network’s (DWIHN) financial budgets and forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis. Role Description Reporting to the Director of PIHP Crisis Services, the PAR Services Manager provides oversight and guidance to service delivery provided by the DWIHN PAR Services Clinicians. The PAR Services Manager is responsible for day-to-day activities of the DWIHN PAR Services Clinicians, ensuring all expectations are met both in process/procedure, and in reporting. Responsibilities include: - Monitoring outcomes, reporting measures, capturing existing data, and analyzing the data for program effectiveness. - Training new hires as well as the provider network in services provided by the PIHP Crisis Services Department. - Assisting with creation and development of policies/procedures. - Maintaining clear and concise reporting methods. - Assessing areas of need within the process and procedures for the PIHP Crisis Services Department.
