The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Role Description The Dry Dock Logistics Manager is responsible for planning and managing logistics functions to support the execution of dry docks and special projects for the CCL fleet. This role involves overseeing on-site logistics providers, establishing project metrics, ensuring timely execution of logistics, and developing master schedules for shipping cut-offs and exception management. This position will work closely with Technical, Hotel Refurbishment, DDPMO, and Purchasing teams to ensure that dry dock materials are tracked and delivered on time for designated projects. - Establish key metrics and successful criteria for projects. - Responsible for timetable and deadline development and communication with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the material logistics to support projects. - Management and implementation of reverse logistics and product returns. - Conduct lessons learned at the end of each project with major stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or Finance. - Strong computer skills, including robust Excel abilities.
