• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, owning the client relationship and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to align project deliverables with business objectives. • Act as the client's trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and innovation. • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, including migrations and custom implementations. • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones. • Ensure project objectives align with client business drivers and are delivered on time and within budget. • Monitor and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories in collaboration with clients and internal teams. • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities. • Triage and manage defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and securing QA sign-off. • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and clients. • Provide regular governance updates, including status reports, budget tracking, and resource utilization. • Supervise third-party solutions to ensure successful integration and alignment with project goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on eCommerce and retail.
  • Extensive knowledge of Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, including platform migrations, custom development, and integrations.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale eCommerce solutions on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in creating and managing project plans, tracking dependencies, and mitigating risks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable ability to resolve disputes, overcome challenges, and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in managing platform migrations from systems like Magento, Salesforce, or BigCommerce to Shopify Plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and CMS integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Sanity, or Manhattan).
  • Shopify certifications are a plus.

Role Description The Dry Dock Logistics Manager is responsible for planning and managing logistics functions to support the execution of dry docks and special projects for the CCL fleet.
