Product Manager – User Notification

• Define and execute the short- and long-term roadmap for the notifications strategy, balancing business needs with technical excellence; • Establish policies and rules for Notifications and lead governance on this topic across the company; • Create prioritization rules and contact pressure limits to ensure a healthy user experience and avoid notification churn; • Identify channel opportunities to reduce acquisition cost and increase Lifetime Value (LTV), contributing to the development of intelligent engagement journeys; • Monitor critical KPIs such as delivery rate, CTR, attributed conversion, and the impact on notification opt-outs; • Transform the current notifications platform into an intelligent channel orchestrator.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in digital products, technical CRM, or messaging channels;
- Prior experience in Marketplaces is a plus;
- Experience managing messaging infrastructure costs (especially WhatsApp and SMS);
- Familiarity with APIs and automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, or proprietary solutions);
- Deep understanding of Growth metrics and how notification channels impact the conversion funnel;
- Ability to extract insights from large volumes of data to make evidence-based decisions;
- Knowledge of Machine Learning models applied to channel propensity and send-time optimization;
- Comfortable working in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments (Engineering, Design, and Marketing).
