Role Description We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in Belgium (Wallonia) and Luxembourg by acquiring new business for our SCALAR fleet management software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS environment, solid knowledge of the transport and logistics sector, and proven experience in sales processes to accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social networks to build a high-quality pipeline. - Organize and conduct effective, in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within prospective or existing customer organizations. - Confidently present and demonstrate our solution, focusing on benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing, including final negotiations. - Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings. - Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Share field insights to support product improvements and marketing campaigns. Qualifications - Proven experience in selling IT solutions, with approximately 10 years of professional experience preferred. - Experience with SaaS solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not mandatory but is a clear advantage. - Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong results-oriented mindset. - Self-motivated, open-minded, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch/Flemish is a plus. - Willing to work remotely and travel across the territory (travel requirement: up to 75% or 3–4 days per week).
