Job Description

Product Manager

Onchain

• Own product areas end-to-end: opportunity discovery, problem framing, PRD writing, scoping, launch, and iteration • Write crisp PRDs that engineers and designers can build against without ambiguity • Define behavior for complex financial workflows end-to-end, including the edge cases most teams skip • Make tight scope and tradeoff calls in close partnership with engineering and design • Work directly with integration partners to align capability boundaries with product decisions • Run customer research end-to-end - interviews, prototype testing, beta programs - and turn what you learn into roadmap direction • Define and track success metrics for the areas you own • Contribute to product strategy and help shape what gets built next

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, multi-surface products (web + mobile)
  • Proven fintech experience - you've shipped financial products at depth
  • Strong PRD discipline - your specs are precise, opinionated, and easy to build from
  • Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and heavy third-party integration work
  • Strong systems thinking - you reason about state, edge cases, and second-order effects, not just happy paths
  • Sharp judgment on scope, sequencing, and what's actually worth building
  • Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
  • Heavy hands-on AI usage in your daily PM workflow - drafting, research, prototyping, scoping
  • Bonus superpowers: Experience with crypto or onchain products, Experience working directly with financial infrastructure partners, Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups

Benefits

  • Flexible work schedule so you can balance life and work on your terms
  • 25 vacation days per year
  • Annual team retreats in amazing locations - not corporate offsites, but trips you'll actually look forward to

• Lead discovery independently - running client interviews, synthesising research, and forming a clear point of view on what problem is worth solving and why • Work with internal stakeholders (commercial, professional services, support) and external clients to surface and validate problems before committing to solutions • Maintain a foundation document for each initiative - a living record of the problem, what you've learned, your approach, and your confidence level • Know when you have enough to proceed and when you need to go back to the evidence • Define scope clearly - what you're building, what you're not, and why • Work closely with UX design and UX research to shape experiences that are usable and purposeful • Partner with engineering to turn intent into well-understood, deliverable work • Make trade-off decisions with confidence, communicate them clearly, and stand behind them • Track outcomes - not just whether something shipped, but whether it worked • Collaborate with product marketing to prepare launch materials, positioning, and messaging • Contribute to sales enablement - creating materials, briefing commercial teams, and helping them understand what's been built and why it matters • Think about release sequencing, client readiness, and adoption - not just feature completeness • Understand the commercial context of what you're building: who pays for it, why, and what success looks like from a business perspective
