Account Manager

TP Vision

• Strategic direct account management of regional buying-group customers • Ongoing forecasting, planning and tracking of the budget for the defined customer group • Planning regional cooperative promotions and POS campaigns • Negotiation of annual contracts and annual terms at executive management level • Preparing offers, conducting annual review meetings, defining quarterly targets, planning coop budgets • Coordinating listings, placements and planning of regional promotions • Weekly preparation and follow-up of account plans • Tracking and managing sales development of individual customers, stores and buying groups • Responsible for the design, execution and success of cooperative trade shows • Responsible for achieving targets for regional accounts • Defining and implementing sales measures to support target achievement • Contributing to and managing sales strategy and sales policy for the German market • Continuous monitoring of changes in products, market trends, retail structure and sales channels to assess and evaluate sales opportunities • Willingness to travel nationally • Monitor product and market development using GfK data and derive appropriate actions

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification combined with professional experience
  • Strong business and financial knowledge (e.g., controlling, finance)
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented work approach
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset combined with negotiation skills and closing ability
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong presentation capabilities
  • Experience with IT systems (advanced Excel skills required)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English

Role Description The National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for being the primary interface with the National Account customers, under the direction of National Accounts Team Lead. - Act as the primary interface with national account customers. - Attend and prepare for weekly meetings with Account Coordinator Lead. - Participate in training designed to improve industry knowledge and overall skills required of the position. - Lead the on-boarding process for a new national account customer. - Audit and validate that national account customer administrative needs are being met. - Assist in scheduling and assigning work orders and service requests to appropriate office and or partner. Follow up to make sure work is completed in a timely manner to customers’ satisfaction. - Assist in processing invoices to customers and assist the district Service Administrators in following-up on service requests for national account customers. - Review and follow up on additional repair quotes and proposals. - Maintain the internal tracking system and any third party system utilized by the national account customer. - Work directly with service office to make sure national account customers questions are being answered. - Support the sales efforts of the national account managers. - Other duties may be assigned. Role Description - Travel nationwide to conduct manual flights for powerline and utility visual inspections using LiDAR. - Create flight plans for the LiDAR aerial capture, conduct ground surveys, and establish GCPs. - Capture high-quality LiDAR imagery for critical infrastructure and environmental safety. - Conduct pre-flight and post-flight operations, including but not limited to airspace coordination, equipment assembly and tear-down, and hazard mitigation. - Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of supporting equipment, including a 4x4 truck, computer workstation, on-board inverters, and batteries. - Perform daily maintenance/cleaning on all LiDAR equipment to ensure quality capture and longevity of the equipment. - Perform quality checks on collected data to ensure accuracy and meet the client's needs. - Serve as a point of contact with clients regarding project scope, scheduling needs, deliverables, and follow-up. Qualifications - Strong ability to learn and master multiple software packages, data collection platforms, and associated workflows. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License. Requirements - Work and stay in new places while living out of hotels with per diem pay. - Ability to drive for extended periods unsupervised. - Exposure to extreme weather conditions. - Working around industrial hazards. - Must be able to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hats, protective eyewear, boots, safety vests, and 2-way radios. - Perform physically demanding work involving frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, stopping, climbing up ladders, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting and carrying equipment up to 60 lbs.
