• Manage the contract renewal cycle. • Provide quotes to channel partners • Ensure delivery of quote to end customer • Consult with partner and customer to answer any questions • Manage process through booking • Communicate the value of CrowdStrike products to ensure growth in licenses and per endpoint revenue. • Team with the Account Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.
- Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, and internal meetings
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
- High level of comfort handling objections and negotiations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Security or SaaS sales experience
- Customer Success/Service background
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
- 2 years+ or equivalent experience in consulting or account management – particularly in cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.

Role Description The National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for being the primary interface with the National Account customers, under the direction of National Accounts Team Lead. - Act as the primary interface with national account customers. - Attend and prepare for weekly meetings with Account Coordinator Lead. - Participate in training designed to improve industry knowledge and overall skills required of the position. - Lead the on-boarding process for a new national account customer. - Audit and validate that national account customer administrative needs are being met. - Assist in scheduling and assigning work orders and service requests to appropriate office and or partner. Follow up to make sure work is completed in a timely manner to customers’ satisfaction. - Assist in processing invoices to customers and assist the district Service Administrators in following-up on service requests for national account customers. - Review and follow up on additional repair quotes and proposals. - Maintain the internal tracking system and any third party system utilized by the national account customer. - Work directly with service office to make sure national account customers questions are being answered. - Support the sales efforts of the national account managers. - Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications - High School diploma/GED, required. - Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree, preferred. - 1+ years of relevant experience, required. - Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees, customers, and board of directors. - Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office, required. - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, required. - Must be able to comply with Summit’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements.
