Director, Call Center – Brokerage

• Oversee and deliver annual and multi-year revenue targets across all external call center partners • Define and execute the overarching partner sales strategy, including growth priorities, channel optimization, and market expansion initiatives • Provide executive oversight of all existing external call center partnerships • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new partner relationships • Negotiate and oversee complex commercial agreements • Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadences to measure partner effectiveness • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Sales Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Technology and Training • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for partner management, strategy, growth and execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, channel management, and leadership within a complex, multi-channel environment
  • 5+ years of senior management experience leading large, distributed teams and/or external partner organizations
  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale revenue growth
  • Must be experienced in the Medicare Advantage Sales and Distribution space
  • Must possess an active Health and Life Insurance License

Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use. Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel. Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc. Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms. Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.). Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events. Attend and participate in general sales and district meetings. Engage in ongoing training sessions. Assist with the training of new employees as requested. Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data. Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports. Role Description The Patient Access Specialist I provides support to the Columbia West Campus sphere that is part of a system wide access center managing large volumes of inquiries and requests from patients and customers for access/assistance in scheduling diagnostic services, physician referral/appointments, and general information on ColumbiaDoctors.
