• Design, develop, test and deploy solutions on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). • Implement new features and perform enhancements or maintenance on existing applications. • Ensure high-quality deliveries in line with technical standards and deadlines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, QA, business and project management). • Participate in requirements analysis and technical solution design. • Write reusable, maintainable and efficient code following best practices. • Mentor and support less experienced developers. • Identify technical risks and propose continuous improvements. • Work within agile methodologies (Scrum or similar).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with Java and the Spring Framework.
- Proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris.
- Solid understanding of web application architecture (MVC, layered architecture, OOP).
- Experience with system integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and preferably NoSQL.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube).
- Experience with B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish (for international collaboration).
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Key job responsibilities - Manage vendors and manufacturers to assess new fiber optic and passive infrastructure designs, establish fiber testing standards, and develop scalable implementation strategies for network-wide deployment. - Automate fiber test plans and qualify fiber connectivity designs. - Design and specify structured cabling systems (fiber, copper, cable trays/duct banks) for network layers at hyperscale data centers. - Develop standards, reference designs, and installation guidelines for physical network/cabling deployments and structured cabling systems. - Focus on ambiguous problem areas in existing or new network architecture and systems development initiatives, propose and deliver projects that have a significant business and/or customer impact. - Drive discussions with customers and peers, and being a key influencer in team strategy. - Partner with internal network engineering and site operations teams to align physical design with logical network architecture. - Manage fiber vendors and contractors; perform quality control and commissioning of fiber bundles and structured cabling systems. - Perform mitigation analysis and site inspections to validate as-built conditions, ensuring compliance with design and operational requirements. - Monitor module quality in the fleet and build mechanism to remediate large scale events and improve health of our links. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during build, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure network readiness. - Maintain documentation, drawings, and asset records for physical network components across global sites. - Provide feedback to design and operations teams to drive continuous improvement of physical network standards.
