Job Summary We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems built on Microsoft technology stacks. This role spans the full engineering lifecycle — requirements analysis, architectural design, hands-on implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release support — with particular emphasis on building scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend expertise in C# and .NET Core with hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks, and will be comfortable deploying solutions into Azure or AWS environments while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, observability, and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for enterprise-level web applications, from initial discovery through long-term operational ownership. - Develop secure, high-performance backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API, applying strong object-oriented design, clean architecture principles, and proven enterprise patterns. - Design and implement scalable architecture patterns — including microservices, service-oriented designs, and event-driven workflows — that support the demands of growing, distributed user bases. - Build modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks, ensuring excellent user experience, accessibility, and performance across browsers and devices. - Develop and optimize relational database schemas, stored procedures, indexes, and complex queries in SQL Server, with attention to performance, locking behavior, and long-term maintainability. - Produce thorough architecture and technical design documentation, ensuring alignment with performance, security, compliance, and operational standards of the enterprise. - Participate in system design discussions and ensure that development consistently aligns with enterprise architecture constraints, technology road-maps, and platform standards. - Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and modern identity management services such as Azure AD or Okta. - Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration, automated builds, infrastructure-as-code practices, and reliable deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments. - Perform thorough root-cause analysis and methodically troubleshoot production issues, working to restore service quickly while ensuring long-term operational stability. - Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural gaps, and proactively propose and implement well-scoped improvements with measurable benefits. - Collaborate fully in Agile/Scrum environments — including planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives — to deliver incremental, high-quality releases on a predictable cadence. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, APIs, integration workflows, and operational runbooks so that the team can scale and onboard new engineers efficiently. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline. - Five or more years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, design patterns, and end-to-end system design. - Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API, including familiarity with dependency injection, async/await patterns, and middleware design. - Hands-on experience developing front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar component-driven frameworks. - Strong SQL skills with deep, hands-on experience working with SQL Server, including stored procedures, query plans, and performance tuning. - Solid experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control systems, including branching strategies and release workflows. - Hands-on experience deploying applications to Azure or AWS cloud environments, including managed services and identity integration. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills, with the ability to investigate complex production issues calmly and effectively. - Experience working in large enterprise-scale environments where reliability, security, and audit-ability are first-class concerns. Preferred Qualifications - Practical experience designing and operating microservices architectures in production. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment patterns. - Exposure to distributed system design principles, including eventual consistency, idempotency, and circuit breakers. - Experience implementing automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels. - Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar DevOps platforms for pipeline orchestration and release management. Senior Software Engineer
FoundryEmpowering a decentralized infrastructure with mining, staking, and decentralized AI technologies and services.
Role Description The next decade of film, episodic, and game production will be shaped by how well generative AI integrates into the pipelines artists already trust. Foundry's bet — backed by 30 years of building the tools behind every VFX Oscar of the last decade — is that the winners won't be standalone AI apps. They'll be the studios that can compose, control, and reason over a fleet of AI models inside their existing workflows, with the security and traceability production demands. Griptape Nodes is the orchestration layer that makes that possible: a Python-first, node-based platform where artists assemble pipelines spanning image, video, 3D, audio, and text models — running locally or in the cloud, model-agnostic, and stitched into Nuke, Maya, Blender, and beyond. Griptape Reactor is what comes next: a context layer that gives agents real production awareness so AI work can finally be coherent across an entire production. As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you'll keep building that substrate. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you'll work across Griptape Nodes and Griptape Reactor — extending the integrations, the model orchestration, and the production-grade plumbing that turns "interesting AI demo" into "shipped in a finalled shot." Our North Star is "Craveability." We build products people crave to use, not have to use. We measure success by how much users enjoy our products, not just tolerate them. Engineering is held to that bar — we keep users in flow, test the way they actually work, and build with the polish that earns trust. Requirements - Expand the orchestration runtime. - Build on the node graph engine, model adapters, and execution layer at the heart of Griptape Nodes. Make multi-model pipelines reliable, repeatable, and fast — on a workstation, on-prem, or in the cloud. - Build on Griptape Reactor. - Extend the services, APIs, and integrations that connect production context to agents and Griptape Nodes workflows. - Integrate AI models as first-class citizens. - Wire image, video, 3D, animation, and audio models into pipelines artists can actually trust. Care about temporal coherence, identity preservation across modalities, and art-directable control — not just sample quality. - Plug Griptape into the DCCs. - Work on the bridges into Nuke, Maya, Blender, Hydra, and other industry tools, including USD, OpenEXR, ACES, and OpenColorIO handling so AI-generated assets behave correctly in real pipelines. - Make AI part of how we build. - Use Claude, Cursor, Griptape Nodes itself, and whatever else clears the path — and bring the team along with you. The expectation is more velocity and a higher quality bar because of AI, not a trade-off. - Hold the quality bar. - Design, implement, test, and document features for the way studios actually work — testing whole workflows, not isolated functions, and chasing the polish that keeps artists in flow and out of the troubleshooting tab. Review code thoughtfully, estimate honestly, and partner with Customer Support when issues surface from the field. - Build empathy and intuition for the artist. - Studios will tell us things the roadmap can't predict. Spend time with the people who use these tools, develop a feel for how they actually work, and help the team get better at building the right thing the first time, with fewer iterations.
