Job Description

Recruiter – Contract

Divert

• Manage a full cycle recruitment process including, but not limited to - resume review, phone screening, referring candidates for hiring manager interviews and beyond • Correspond with candidates via email, phone and text message • Review and post requisitions in a timely manner in the Clear Co. ATS system • Create external job postings on various 3rd party sites such as diversity job boards and campus recruiting • Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed; communicating throughout the process • Utilize 3rd party sites and ATS to source passive candidates • Partner with plant leadership throughout the recruiting process • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring applicable federal and state HR requirements and maintaining records accordingly • Other projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent experience
  • At least one year experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting managing high volume, hourly/non-exempt recruitment (ideally in manufacturing or production)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or support setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. highly preferred
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Clear Co. is preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of products.
