About the Opportunity Join Sorted (Metcash's eCommerce engine) as a Digital eCommerce Co-Ordinator and help power the Campbells B2B experience for thousands of Aussie small businesses. If you love launching campaigns, spotting what's working, and iterating fast - this role is for you. You'll bring digital trading to life across EDM, social and onsite - backed by clean reporting and insights that lift customer experience and drive online sales. This is a full-time, 12- month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity. What you'll do - Run the campaign rhythm (EDM + social): build, schedule and launch to plan - keeping the calendar tight and activity moving. - Keep audiences ready to convert: maintain clean lists and databases in Excel - supporting segmentation, reporting and sends. - Keep the site looking sharp: coordinate and refresh digital banners across key locations. - Track, learn and improve (incl. AI trading): monitor results, capture insights and recommendations, keep trackers up to date, and run quick checks/escalations on AI/ML campaigns. What you'll bring - You've executed EDMs, onsite banners and social campaigns end-to-end. - You're strong in Excel, comfortable with Google Analytics, and keen on optimisation (A/B testing, segmentation, lifecycle) or you learn fast. - You're curious and data-minded, with great attention to detail - you enjoy QA and turning numbers into next actions. - You can brief creative, coordinate assets and partner with brand/design - and you're excited by AI/ML and the future of digital trading.
