You'll be leading in a customer facing PMO in an MSP environment where project delivery moves quickly, priorities shift, escalations happen, and strong relationships matter. You'll bring stability, structure and trust to the PMO, helping Project Managers feel coached, supported and accountable. You'll be close enough to the detail to guide delivery health, manage risk, challenge assumptions and step into escalations when needed, while still lifting the overall capability, pace and consistency of the function.
