Title: PMO Manager Location: Sydney Australia Job Description: About the company At AC3, our purpose is to make technology real, and as the leaders in secure multi-cloud solutions, we get to do this for our customers every day. We're looking for a calm, credible and hands-on PMO Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering projects across multiple customers, technologies and partners. You'll be leading in a customer facing PMO in an MSP environment where project delivery moves quickly, priorities shift, escalations happen, and strong relationships matter. You'll bring stability, structure and trust to the PMO, helping Project Managers feel coached, supported and accountable. You'll be close enough to the detail to guide delivery health, manage risk, challenge assumptions and step into escalations when needed, while still lifting the overall capability, pace and consistency of the function. What you'll do? - Lead, coach and support a team of Project Managers - Bring consistency, structure and confidence to project delivery - Oversee delivery health across scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality - Reduce escalations by lifting PM capability and delivery discipline - Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal teams - Improve PMO standards, operating rhythms and practical governance What we'd love to see? - Experience leading a customer-facing PMO in an MSP or System Integrator - Recent hands-on Project Management experience within the last 5-10 years - Strong project fundamentals across financials, schedules, risks and governance - At least 5 years' leadership experience coaching and developing PMs - Experience delivering across multiple customers, technologies and project sizes - At least two certifications across PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile A plus if you have… - PMO or business unit financial management experience - Cloud, hosted platforms or managed services exposure - Commercial, contract, ITIL or service management experience Even if you don't check every box, your passion and curiosity matter. Title: Digital Copywriter Location: Sydney Australia Job Description: - Initial 6 month contract with possibility to extend - Fun, collaborative and supportive team - Hybrid environment with 2 days working from home - Sydney CBD location - $60-$65/hour About The Company: Our client is one of Australia's largest retail organisations. They are always striving to provide the best products, services and experiences for consumers, which has led to the creation of a specialist digital division to help aid their ongoing growth plans. About The Role: Working as an integral member of the Digital Media, Communications & Creative team, the Digital Copywriter will primarily develop high-touch storytelling experiences through a combination of below the line digital platforms for their ever-expanding group of partners. This is an initial 6 month contract with possibility to extend and will be based out of their office in Sydney CBD. They offer a hybrid environment with 2 days working from home. Main responsibilities: - Produce clear, compelling and engaging copy for their channels - Writing holistic content, including copy for brand identities, brand campaigns, digital experiences, social media content, activations and more, whilst adhering to tight deadlines - Receiving briefs from internal stakeholders, distil briefs to core consumer insight, and work with the internal designers to deliver required creative output against each brief - Leading the delivery of world-class work and campaigns in accordance with company standards across multiple digital channels including (but not limited to) web, social, email, radio and print. - Coordinating multiple campaigns at one time and ensure editing quality control, deadlines and targets are met Skills & Experience: - 2-3 years' copywriting experience within an agency or in-house studio environment - Compelling storyteller - Experience in the retail industry highly regarded - Ability to aggregate and synthesize large volumes of information from different sources (ie. technical, business, marketing, strategy and industry) - Strong editing and conceptual skills - Ability to to develop, translate and leverage strategic messages for marketing communications - Ability to confidently present creative ideas and concepts - Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to details - Relevant degree in Journalism, Advertising, Communications or equivalent
