Role Description Boomering is currently looking for a highly driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to support one of our Australian insurance industry clients. This opportunity is ideal for a true sales hunter with strong experience in the Australian insurance market who thrives in building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will confidently represent a premium insurance-focused business while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to conversion. This role operates within Australia’s intermediated insurance sector, where broker relationships, customer experience, and long-term partnerships are key to success.
