• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter for distributed e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce) • Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks across APIs, UI, and backend systems • Collaborate closely with developers, tech leads, and cross-functional teams • Provide expert recommendations on performance testing strategy • Support performance tuning efforts and validation of fixes • Maintain and improve existing test frameworks and scripts • Ensure secure handling of sensitive test data and credentials • Assist with other testing activities (functional, regression, etc.) during downtime

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios with a strong focus on manual validation of complex features and workflows • Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, integration, and end-to-end validation across all stages of the SDLC (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) • Conduct in-depth exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and gaps not covered by predefined test cases • Own and execute manual regression test suites to ensure stability of existing functionality, with a focus on high-risk and business-critical areas • Possess knowledge to navigate data and backend processes using SQL queries, ensuring accurate data flow and system behavior • Perform manual API testing using tools such as Postman to validate request/response structures, error handling, and data consistency • Identify, document, and track defects with clear, detailed reproduction steps, severity/priority assessments, and expected vs. actual outcomes • Collaborate with developers to drive timely resolution • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs • Support release activities by executing pre-release, and post-deployment validation testing to ensure production readiness • Identify opportunities to enhance manual testing practices, test coverage, and QA processes • Contribute to documentation and mentor junior QA team members on testing techniques and best practices • Ensure all testing activities and documentation align with regulatory requirements, including data integrity, audit trails, and validation standards in clinical research software

• Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Radiology Quality Assurance (QA) program • Assist the Production Control Support Team with workflow • Support the Physician Scheduling Team with radiologist schedule management • Provide overflow assistance to the Operations Center • Build strong internal and external relations to facilitate professional and reliable communications as related to physician QA • Monitor and facilitate radiology workflow processes critical to patient care on a 24/7 basis • Ensure that all relevant clinical information is submitted • Complete data order entry on both a proactive and reactive basis • Identify and/or troubleshoot non-technical issues • Prioritize critical cases and communicate with the Operations Center, radiologists, and personnel at client facilities in a professional manner • Ensure regular and reliable attendance, and manage production workflow pertaining to volume distribution

• Lead and execute complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for high-impact system implementations • Define and document detailed business requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders • Develop and own UAT strategies, test plans, and execution for large-scale, cross-functional projects • Perform end-to-end and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements • Analyze system enhancements to assess process impact, financial implications, and technical performance • Identify, track, and manage defects, including severity, frequency, and resolution • Validate systems using data analysis, testing tools, and established methodologies • Document test results, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approval • Monitor post-production performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability • Partner closely with business analysts, developers, and leadership to resolve issues and clarify requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for business users throughout the testing lifecycle • Lead release activities, status updates, and project discussions as needed • Coordinate testing efforts across multiple analysts and projects • Mentor and support junior team members, including reviewing test plans and strategies • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts • Support user adoption through documentation, training, and system demonstrations
