• Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives, scope requirements and translate briefs into clear delivery plans for the web team • Guide a team of AEM specialists by supporting priorities, coordinating work allocation and enabling capability building and cross-functional training to improve delivery outcomes • Upload and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for ey.com and related sites • Drive prioritisation across incoming work, balancing business impact, deadlines and team capacity to keep delivery on track • Manage relationships with stakeholders, designers and approvers to align expectations, remove blockers and ensure delivery commitments are met • Advise stakeholders on the best use of AEM templates, modules and content approaches to meet business and marketing objectives • Good with image selection with respective to the content • Must have experience and be comfortable working closely with global teams • Be professional, confident and enthusiastic; adapt to flexible work timings; demonstrate exceptional work ethics and customer focus • Familiar with different content management systems • Possess a basic understanding of HTML • Possess an eye for design and basic knowledge in design software.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of AEM tool and complete understanding of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring its optimal performance
- Ideally, you’ll also have
- Understanding of HTML
- Experience with visual asset management
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in using AEM
- Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling
