• Lead initial consultations that build trust and clarity for prospective clients from the first call • Assess personal injury and workers’ compensation claims for legal merit, risk, and fit against firm criteria • Review intake notes, incident details, medical records, and supporting documents to determine case viability • Provide practical, plain-language guidance on rights, expectations, timelines, and next steps • Recommend initial case strategy and identify the most appropriate legal pathway early • Partner with intake staff to ensure complete, accurate case information and a seamless client handoff • Make timely accept/decline decisions and clearly document rationale in the case management system • Drive follow-up that supports client retention and smooth onboarding without sacrificing quality • Support the intake team in addressing common concerns and objections during the decision process • Share insights on intake trends and process gaps to continuously improve quality and conversion

• Litigates moderate to high complexity and exposure cases and/or cases involving unique legal or procedural issues • Manages all phases of cases from intake to resolution • Acts as the lead attorney at hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials • Utilizes knowledge of legal precedents to analyze the probable outcomes of a case • Provides guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Represent clients in all areas of insurance defense practice • Handle cases that are primarily low to moderate in complexity and exposure • Manage all phases of cases from intake to resolution • Litigate low to moderate complexity and exposure cases and perform duties necessary from intake to trial and/or settlement • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs • Attend hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials • Proactively inform leadership of case handling opportunities and challenges encountered • Consult with the Claims Department on the legal aspects of files and jurisdictional issues • Perform other tasks or duties to ensure efficient case management • Handle second chair trials and moderate complexity cases • Support senior attorneys in cases of greater complexity and receive developmental assignments of high complexity cases

Role Description Under the supervision of the Survey Manager, the Senior CAD Drafter will be responsible for various design work and other related assignments for final Survey Preparation, Metes & Bounds, Platted Lots Survey preparation. This work is performed indoors and requires the ability to move in various standing and sitting positions and the ability to lift no more than 50 pounds. Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm - Some weekends required during seasonal months Area Serviced - REMOTE Responsibilities - Project coordination with Survey Manager to discuss project parameters and drafting requirements for each municipality and builder client requirements. - Maintain Survey control CAD files for engineered and scattered lot subdivisions; horizontal and vertical. - Prepare topographic, boundary, and other types of survey mapping drawings in a timely, accurate and complete manner. - Independently perform accurate survey calculations from field notes, deed and record plats; prepare home builder plot plans in accordance with construction plans, prepare formboard, foundation and final survey depicting drainage patterns from field-collected survey data and review of approved site/plot plans or other materials. - Provide professional support to field survey crews with calc point files, exhibits, and other information as needed. - Maintain consistent and accurate timesheets to ensure accurate and complete billing. - Fully adhere to Exacta’s policies, procedures and work directives. - Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties as related to Exacta’s services and overall business. - Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical and professional manner. Qualifications - Minimum of high school diploma/GED diploma required; an Associate's / Technical Degree or higher preferred. - 2+ years of successful job-related professional drafting experience in the surveying industry; Applied CAD experience. - Proven and demonstrated professional skill sets to include, but not limited to Civil 3D and survey experience. - Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. - Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service. - Ability to balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job and exceed client expectations. - Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud based solutions.
