Role Description Nous recrutons pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, une PME reconnue partout en France dans le domaine de la Certification de Diagnostiqueurs Immobiliers, un(e) Examinateur(trice) chargé(e) de conduire et superviser les épreuves pratiques et théoriques des candidats à la certification. Vos missions : - Conduire les examens pratiques et théoriques (présentiel et à distance via Evalbox). - Accueillir les candidats, vérifier leur identité et présenter le déroulement des épreuves. - Évaluer les candidats, attribuer les notes et rédiger les constats en cas d’anomalie, fraude ou conflit d’intérêt. - Contrôler et sécuriser les documents d’examen avant, pendant et après les sessions. - Transmettre les dossiers et rapports dans les délais impartis. - Solliciter le Référent technique en cas de doute et présenter vos corrections devant le Comité de certification. - Effectuer des évaluations de rapports et des contrôles sur ouvrages. - Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du dispositif (remontée des dysfonctionnements et respect strict des procédures qualité internes). Qualifications - Excellente connaissance du dispositif particulier de certification et des méthodes d’examen. - Maîtrise orale et écrite de la langue française. - Sens de l’éthique, de la confidentialité et de l’impartialité. - Compétence technique dans le domaine du bâtiment, justifiée par : - soit un diplôme post-secondaire (bac+2 minimum) en techniques du bâtiment, - soit une expérience d’au moins 3 ans comme technicien ou agent de maîtrise dans ce domaine. - Pour le domaine DPE (avec et sans Mention, à partir du 1er juillet 2024), répondre aux exigences de l’arrêté du 20 juillet 2023. - Rigueur, autonomie et professionnalisme dans l’organisation des sessions d’examen. Role Description Under the supervision of the Survey Manager, the Senior CAD Drafter will be responsible for various design work and other related assignments for final Survey Preparation, Metes & Bounds, Platted Lots Survey preparation. This work is performed indoors and requires the ability to move in various standing and sitting positions and the ability to lift no more than 50 pounds. Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm - Some weekends required during seasonal months Area Serviced - REMOTE Responsibilities - Project coordination with Survey Manager to discuss project parameters and drafting requirements for each municipality and builder client requirements. - Maintain Survey control CAD files for engineered and scattered lot subdivisions; horizontal and vertical. - Prepare topographic, boundary, and other types of survey mapping drawings in a timely, accurate and complete manner. - Independently perform accurate survey calculations from field notes, deed and record plats; prepare home builder plot plans in accordance with construction plans, prepare formboard, foundation and final survey depicting drainage patterns from field-collected survey data and review of approved site/plot plans or other materials. - Provide professional support to field survey crews with calc point files, exhibits, and other information as needed. - Maintain consistent and accurate timesheets to ensure accurate and complete billing. - Fully adhere to Exacta’s policies, procedures and work directives. - Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties as related to Exacta’s services and overall business. - Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical and professional manner.
