• Litigates moderate to high complexity and exposure cases and/or cases involving unique legal or procedural issues • Manages all phases of cases from intake to resolution • Acts as the lead attorney at hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials • Utilizes knowledge of legal precedents to analyze the probable outcomes of a case • Provides guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Job Requirements

  • Seven years of litigation experience required
  • Insurance defense, personal injury, and/or jury trial experience required
  • First and second chair trial experience in bodily injury litigation strongly preferred
  • Multistate jurisdictional practice preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Licensed to practice Law in applicable states required upon hire

Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm - Some weekends required during seasonal months Area Serviced - REMOTE Responsibilities - Project coordination with Survey Manager to discuss project parameters and drafting requirements for each municipality and builder client requirements. - Maintain Survey control CAD files for engineered and scattered lot subdivisions; horizontal and vertical. - Prepare topographic, boundary, and other types of survey mapping drawings in a timely, accurate and complete manner. - Independently perform accurate survey calculations from field notes, deed and record plats; prepare home builder plot plans in accordance with construction plans, prepare formboard, foundation and final survey depicting drainage patterns from field-collected survey data and review of approved site/plot plans or other materials. - Provide professional support to field survey crews with calc point files, exhibits, and other information as needed. - Maintain consistent and accurate timesheets to ensure accurate and complete billing. - Fully adhere to Exacta’s policies, procedures and work directives. - Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties as related to Exacta’s services and overall business. - Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical and professional manner.
