Role Description Ring is seeking a mission-driven, operationally elite leader to serve as Head of Efficacy, responsible for Ring's crime deterrence capability across Virtual Security Guard (VSG), AI-powered proactive security features, and other security testing programs. This leader will own the end-to-end strategy for proving, measuring, and continuously improving Ring's ability to deter and stop crime in real-world conditions. What you can expect We are seeking a Senior AI Security Assurance Engineer to lead the offensive verification of our AI systems and pipelines. This role will serve as the dedicated AI security lead within the Security Assurance organization, reporting directly to the Head of Security Assurance.
