Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent approach to process-driven work
- Professional, confident communication style with medical staff and providers
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities without constant oversight
- Full-time availability during U.S. Pacific Time hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- High reliability and long-term commitment (training is substantial and responsibilities are critical)

- Prior medical credentialing experience or healthcare administrative background
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers, payer systems, hospitals, or clinics

Role Description The Loan Processor Assistant plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s Regional Operations functions.
