Role Description VirtueStaff is seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the efficient scheduling and dispatching of service personnel. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between the field teams and customers, ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed on time. You will be responsible for monitoring job progress, managing communication between teams, and optimizing routing to enhance service delivery. - Receive and prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch field personnel accordingly - Monitor and track the status of jobs throughout the workday to ensure timely completion - Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts - Use routing software and other tools to optimize technician schedules and travel times - Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses in the relevant systems - Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to improve dispatch processes and customer satisfaction Qualifications - Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the Home Services or Trades industry - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency with dispatch software, routing tools, and CRM systems - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively - Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations - Reliable and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service Benefits - Work From Home - Performance Bonus

Role Description The Loan Processor Assistant plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s Regional Operations functions.
