IAM Analyst

• Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts and access rights across multiple applications and platforms, including mainframe, cloud, and enterprise systems. • Perform user ID provisioning and access administration for security tools and applications, ensuring adherence to established security policies and procedures. • Capture and record security event logging records related to IAM activities for subsequent review and compliance reporting. • Review and process access requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment with the principle of least privilege. • Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing evidence of access controls, user provisioning, and security event logs. • Respond to audit questions related to IAM processes and system security, and support security improvement initiatives to meet audit and regulatory requirements. • Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IAM solutions and improvements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify access requirements and resolve access-related issues. • Document and maintain procedures for IAM operations and access management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with IAM tools, user provisioning, and access management in enterprise environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
