Role Description East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our technology team! The Technical Project Manager will join our global technology team to plan and deliver enterprise technology and software initiatives that enable business transformation. This role will lead cross-functional projects of varying size and complexity, with a strong focus on system implementations such as ERP and other enterprise applications. What You’ll Own - Enterprise Project & Program Management - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, including ERP implementation and post-go-live optimization efforts. - Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and dependency maps. - Ensure projects align with organizational strategy, operational realities, security standards, and regulatory requirements. - ERP & Enterprise Systems Delivery - Serve as a key delivery lead for ERP and enterprise system initiatives, supporting phases such as discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization. - Partner with functional leads across all teams in the global org to translate business needs into executable project plans. - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Act as a central point of coordination and communication across project stakeholders. - Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Delivery Governance & Ways of Working - Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, kanban, hybrid, or waterfall) based on initiative type and maturity. - Support governance structures such as steering committees, design reviews, and decision forums. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Support exploratory and innovation-focused initiatives, pilots, and proofs of concept. - Leverage data, dashboards, and metrics to improve visibility and decision-making. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in technical project, program, or delivery management. - Demonstrated experience leading ERP or other large enterprise system implementations. - Experience in Food, Beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or regulated environments preferred. - Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, systems integration, and data-driven initiatives. - Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams preferred. • External partner project leadership: Serve as the senior project owner on integrations and initiatives with our enterprise partners. Run the working sessions, manage scope and timeline commitments, drive technical alignment, and own the communication back to both organizations. Capture decisions and ensure follow-through, escalating as needed. • Cross-functional project delivery: Lead the projects that span Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM — platform launches, system integrations, partner portals, digital initiatives, AI tooling rollouts. Set sequencing, manage dependencies, track milestones and blockers, and drive projects across the finish line with hints of program-level thinking when initiatives stretch across multiple workstreams. • Stakeholder management and executive communication: Own the status narrative on the projects you run. Brief executives clearly. Frame risks and decisions so senior leadership can move quickly. Manage stakeholders across every level — director, VP, and C-suite — both internally and at partner organizations. • Technical fluency: Lead conversations on APIs, integrations, authentication, and digital workflows without needing a translator. Pressure-test scope and approach. Push back when a proposal creates downstream issues. You don't need to code, but you need to be credible in a room with engineers and product managers. • Process, cadence, and follow-through: Establish the operating rhythm that keeps projects predictable — milestone gates, decision logs, risk registers, status communication. Adapt the cadence to the project; resist ceremony that doesn't earn its keep. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Programs/Operations leads, and Go-To-Market teams to align on commitments, clarify edge cases, and drive outcomes. Facilitate the working sessions that resolve hard problems.

• Lead AI and Conversational AI projects from discovery to go-live and hypercare • Manage multiple client projects and track delivery progress • Conduct client kickoff sessions and align on project scope • Gather operational and technical requirements • Create and maintain detailed project plans • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful execution • Lead QA and UAT activities and ensure production readiness • Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams • Maintain key delivery documentation and project tracking

• Work with small to mid-sized Carl Zeiss Meditec Data Management accounts • Manage a base of customers and successfully deploy data management software • Provide first-tier support to end-customers and field/remote resources • Create an ongoing relationship with Field Sales Rep, Field Engineers, Implementation Specialists and vendor partners • Partner with field resources for account planning and forecasting • Primarily responsible for product deployment with the end-user for a set timeline • Facilitate remote/on-site installation/add-on requests with Field/Remote Implementation Specialists • Respond to questions and inquiries from external customers to CZM networking, break-fix calls, as well as installation/configuration related calls and escalated calls • Work with Customer Support to facilitate and schedule FIS/On-site service requests • Respond to questions and inquiries from Field Service Engineers, Affiliates, Distributors, Sales Managers, Customer Care personnel, and any other internal customers • Provide remote training sessions to the end user (WebEx) as needed
