• Lead AI and Conversational AI projects from discovery to go-live and hypercare • Manage multiple client projects and track delivery progress • Conduct client kickoff sessions and align on project scope • Gather operational and technical requirements • Create and maintain detailed project plans • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful execution • Lead QA and UAT activities and ensure production readiness • Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams • Maintain key delivery documentation and project tracking
