• Drive clarity, speed, and excellence across our product organization. • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, Legal). • Create leverage for the product team—through structured processes, actionable data, and proactive communication. • Ensure the right systems, insights, and documentation are in place to help the product scale efficiently and autonomously.

• Directly support Product by operationalizing processes required to provide our service to our customers like filing paperwork, handling computer vision edge cases, resolving failed check deposits, and more. • Manage relationships and downstream regulatory requirements that are core to our product offering — USPS, financial institutions, state governments, and other service providers. • Build internal tools for our teams. • Establish and enforce our stance on risk in coordination with Finance + Legal; improve our compliance, KYB, and verification processes. • Whatever it takes; you will be handed some of the hardest and messiest problems.

• Support and help advance an AI-enabled utilization management (UM) solution that automates and modernizes the prior authorization process for healthcare organizations. • Manage payer and clinical data, support software testing, and drive process improvements. • Collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence. • Support the testing and evaluation of AI capabilities, specifically Natural Language Processing (NLP) models that leverage clinical concepts. • Validate model outputs, contribute to annotation and test case development, and provide feedback to improve AI-driven solutions in the healthcare domain. • Organize and prioritize requests to meet established deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities. • Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and drive team effectiveness.
