• Directly support Product by operationalizing processes required to provide our service to our customers like filing paperwork, handling computer vision edge cases, resolving failed check deposits, and more. • Manage relationships and downstream regulatory requirements that are core to our product offering — USPS, financial institutions, state governments, and other service providers. • Build internal tools for our teams. • Establish and enforce our stance on risk in coordination with Finance + Legal; improve our compliance, KYB, and verification processes. • Whatever it takes; you will be handed some of the hardest and messiest problems.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a product or operations facing role (product manager, business operations, engineer, etc)
- Experience building software
- Excellent communication skills; evidence of exceptional organization or project management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing quick wins with longer-term strategic thinking
- Nice to have: experience with SQL and analytics tools like Posthog or Amplitude
- Nice to have: experience in startup environments or early-stage product work.

Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Range & Category professional to support an Australian-based team. In this role, you will manage product data, assist with range planning, and provide valuable insights through reporting and analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure accurate product information, support category performance, and contribute to continuous improvements.
