Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Target Listings Specialist to manage and optimize product listings on Target Plus (Target.com marketplace). The role focuses on creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality product listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong product presentation to maximize visibility and sales performance. - Create and manage product listings on Target Plus / Target.com marketplace - Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes - Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Target marketplace guidelines - Monitor and correct listing errors, suppression issues, or content violations - Maintain consistent product data across all SKUs - Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for stock accuracy - Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion performance - Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements - Assist with categorization, variation setup, and product structuring - Track listing performance and recommend updates based on analytics Qualifications - Experience with ecommerce product listings (marketplace experience preferred) - Experience with Target or Target Plus - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets - Ability to manage large SKU catalogs - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Requirements - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) - Weekly Pay - Work from home - Negotiable rate depending on the experience
