Job Requirements
- Public speaking: comfortable on camera and able to handle unexpected events during live broadcasts.
- Practical teaching ability: capable of explaining software processes (for example, how to configure an invoice or set up an integration) in a way anyone can understand.
- Charisma: build rapport with store owners, conveying knowledge and trust.
- Agility: respond to chat questions in real time and actively engage with the audience.
- Training scripting: ability to create a logical teaching structure (Beginning/Middle/End) so viewers don’t get lost during the live session.
- Storytelling applied to education: turn technical explanations into an engaging "customer journey."
- Differentials:
- Previous experience producing video content and delivering live training.
- Experience as an instructor, teacher, speaker, or host of video channels.
- Familiarity with streaming tools (StreamYard, YouTube Studio, etc.).
