Veracross is five product brands in one global tech company - Veracross SIS is a one-person, one-record school management platform - Magnus Health provides cloud-based Student Health Record (SHR) solutions - Digistorm connects with their communities through Digistorm Websites, Digistorm Funnel, and Digistorm Apps. - Epraise incentivizes student well-being and connects teachers, students, and families. - Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachers ROLE SUMMARY: The Part-Time Implementation Technician contributes to the successful implementation of Veracross software products in a 15-20 hour-per-week capacity. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn various aspects of the Veracross product while managing a scaled scope of implementation responsibilities appropriate for part-time work. The Implementation Technician will work closely with a Team Leader and/or other team members to complete assigned project tasks, manage a queue of incoming client requests, assist with configuration of Veracross products according to client specifications, and support clients through core implementation activities. Participation in client calls may be required as needed and scheduled in advance. All assigned projects and tasks are expected to be executed on time and with a high level of quality and client satisfaction, within the context of a part-time schedule. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Task/Project Oversight: - Manage a queue of implementation tasks originating from both client and internal within a part-time workload. - Monitor, process, and respond to incoming client cases. - Maintain up-to-date task/case statuses to ensure effective communication and planning across the broader implementation team. - Technical Oversight: - Collaborate with other implementation team members to address technical configuration requirements. - Communicate with the broader implementation team to address and resolve technical questions from clients, escalating as appropriate. - Client Interaction: - Participate in client calls to provide best-practice guidance and implementation support as needed. - Respond clearly and accurately to client needs via implementation cases and client emails. - Assist clients with testing and validation of module implementations.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal implementation teams.
- Proficiency in learning software systems to execute necessary implementation and configuration procedures.
- Capability to make informed decisions and provide recommendations within the framework of enterprise software to fulfill client business needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
