• Assist the Global Strategic Events team in the logistical and administrative aspects of end-to-end event planning, including venue research, vendor coordination, budget tracking and execution • Contribute to the maintenance of event databases, documentation, and file management • Maintain master project plans in Asana and other project management tools, ensuring all stakeholders meet critical milestones and deadlines across multiple workstreams • Own the full lifecycle of procurement and financial administration, including vendor setup, PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of event activities with broader marketing and business initiatives • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with set-up, registration, and attendee engagement • Assist in post-event activities, such as attendee feedback collection and event performance analysis
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience in event operations or project management within a fast-paced B2B tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana) and event technology stacks (e.g., Cvent, RainFocus or Swoogo)
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage hundreds of moving parts simultaneously with rigorous attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced industry
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to support the global execution of our event portfolio
