• Partner with the Director European Integrated Marketing to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies for the UK, aligned to audience insights, brand priorities, product initiatives, and cultural moments. • Develop strong thought leadership and understanding of the regional landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging macro + cultural trends • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, media, communications/policy teams, creative, PR, and agency partners to develop impactful campaign platforms and programs. • Deliver clear, powerful strategic and creative briefs to inspire and guide work across teams. • Translate global strategies into locally relevant marketing initiatives that resonate with regional audiences and business priorities. • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, partnerships, brand moments, and always-on activity. • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards, tone of voice, and regional market nuances. • Collaborate with internal and high profile external partners and agencies to deliver coordinated campaigns and market presence • Strong program manager; accountable for the end-to-end execution. You will maintain clear project visibility, timelines, and stakeholder updates across campaigns. • Bring a measurement mindset; partnering with cross-functional teams to build measurement plans ensuring work-streams deliver quantifiable outcomes. • Partner with analytics, insights, and media teams to track + optimize campaign performance and measure impact against business objectives. • Own campaign and marketing performance tracking and reports to be shared with senior leaders across the business.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy experience
  • Strong portfolio of product launches and growth initiatives across tech, sports, and music, with expertise in creating integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive brand and commercial impact
  • Solid understanding of coordinated (owned + paid + earned) channel mix approaches that drive user acquisition, consideration, product usage, and advocacy
  • Strong grasp of quantitative test designs
  • Strives to balance both creative excellence with high quantitative performance
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence
