• Delivery partner management: select, onboard/certify, develop and monitor performance (SLA, OTIF, costs). • Strategic client relationship management: act as a consultative partner, ensuring satisfaction, retention and expansion. • Planning and governance: develop success plans for clients and partners, aligning goals and KPIs. • Analysis and continuous improvement: monitor indicators (NPS, SLA, cost per delivery), propose solutions and optimizations. • Negotiation and contracts: negotiate commercial terms with partners and clients, ensuring compliance and profitability. • Risk management: ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law). • Executive reporting: present results and insights to leadership and clients. • Financial control of accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years in operations/logistics/supply chain and account management or Customer Success.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP/TMS/WMS systems experience.
  • KPI management (OTIF, SLA, NPS, churn).
  • Languages: Fluent English.
  • Clear and persuasive communication.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
