Marketing Associate
Tradeify
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across paid, organic, affiliate, email, and social channels • Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal communications • Support promotional launches, announcements, and product marketing initiatives • Track marketing tasks and ensure projects stay organized and on schedule • Assist with publishing and scheduling content across platforms including Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord • Help manage content calendars and coordinate assets with internal stakeholders • Support short-form and long-form content initiatives for Tradeify and TradeifyTV • Assist with title, thumbnail, metadata, and publishing optimization for video content • Help maintain organized marketing documentation, assets, and reporting • Pull basic performance data and assist with campaign reporting • Support marketing automation, AI tools, and workflow organization • Assist with quality assurance checks across landing pages, emails, and campaigns • Work closely with marketing, creative, product, and operations teams • Help coordinate internal requests and ensure smooth execution across projects • Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and company priorities as the business evolves
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail
- Interest in fintech, trading, crypto, or creator/media businesses is a plus
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation is a plus
