Role Description Penn State’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies is accepting applications for an Instructional Technology Specialist to join our online learning design team. The Instructional Technology Specialist works collaboratively with faculty, subject matter experts, and other partners to design, develop, and support high-quality online courses and workforce development learning experiences.
