Project Manager
EVA Commerce Inc.
• Manage product-related projects from planning to delivery. • Work closely with the Product Team to define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables. • Coordinate with developers, designers, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. • Track project progress, identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively follow up. • Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and follow-up discussions when needed. • Translate business needs into clear tasks, requirements, and action items. • Maintain project documentation, timelines, task boards, meeting notes, and decision logs. • Ensure all stakeholders are informed about project status, delays, risks, and next steps. • Support prioritization by helping the team understand urgency, business impact, and resource availability. • Monitor project quality and ensure delivered work meets the agreed requirements. • Continuously improve internal project management processes, workflows, and communication practices.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, product operations, product coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience working with product, software development, or technical teams.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
