• Serve as the main point of contact for all communication to and from the client • Update website launch timelines and keep clients up-to-date on status • Share best practices on processes with clients • Be proactive in looking at new functionalities to ensure we are helping grow our client’s brands • Launch e-commerce websites based on client's brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and Marketing Calendar • Delegate tasks with internal IT teams to ensure deadlines are met • Managing multiple work streams internally among multiple teams and departments • Review websites in both testing and production environments and ensure all functionalities are responsive • Must understand the client's needs to provide clear instructions or strategies to internal IT teams • Develop instructional materials for internal teams when new functionalities are implemented.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally has 2-3 years exp in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Must work well with clients and internal teams
  • Fast learner who enjoys creative problem solving and improving processes
  • Aptitude for learning new tools as it pertains to the programs you’re working on (New software applications, ADA compliance, etc)
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to change
  • Excellent time-management skills, including the ability to work on concurrent projects and quickly prioritize completing tasks and responsibilities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, manage stress, and prioritize effectively
  • Will develop a unique understanding of BAMKO’s processes to identify unique solutions to questions our clients will have.

Role Description This is a remote role that may only be hired in Mississippi. The purpose of this role is to provide guidance and education and be the primary point of contact in FCB's entry into the Material Handling & Logistics (MH) segment.
