We’re looking for a RBQM Implementation Associate to play a key role in supporting the RBQM Implementation Consultants during OPRA implementation including design, build, test and configuration setup and helping us deliver high‑quality, data‑driven solutions that advance clinical research. As a key member of our RBQM Implementation team, you'll support our Implementation Consultants across core study build and quality activities, including: - OPRA Study Implementation - Assist with setup and review of OPRA studies across multiple OPRA environments. - Review study specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Support the setup and/or review of study build sprints using Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Create test data to support both unit testing and functional testing. - Validate data mapping, custom calculated fields, row data lists and transformation rules during design & build — including running and interpreting SQL queries. - Participate in functional test evidence reviews to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. Qualifications - Hands‑on experience with relational databases, ideally SQL, including writing multi‑table queries. - Strong proficiency with advanced Excel functions. - Understanding of clinical trial data structures, especially from EDC systems. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience using collaborative tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). - Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - A self‑starter mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven team environment. - A commitment to delivering work that is accurate, consistent, and of high quality. We are seeking an accomplished Head of PMO to lead TRI’s Value Creation Plan (VCP) projects, drive delivery excellence across the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and own the design and rollout of TRI’s future Target Operating Model (TOM) covering systems, processes, decision making frameworks, team structures, handoffs, and how the organisation works end to end. This role demands someone who is equally strong in: - Execution (getting projects delivered) - Governance (bringing clarity and discipline) - Strategy & Design (operating model thinking, organisational optimisation) It is a senior, influential role that helps shape how TRI scales. Success in the First 12 Months Looks Like - A fully operational PMO environment with governance, cadences, reporting, and clarity. - SLT aligned, accountable, and consistently delivering against priorities. - A complete review of TRI’s “as-is” operating model with gaps, issues, and opportunities clearly defined. - A signed off Target Operating Model with a clear roadmap. - Execution of the first wave of TOM improvements, with measurable uplift (e.g., reduced cycle time, fewer handoff failures, better clarity/ownership). - TRI is functioning with greater operational predictability, speed, and alignment. Qualifications - Significant experience in senior PMO, transformation, strategy execution, or operational leadership roles. - Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in scaling, SaaS, technology-enabled, or PE-backed environments. - Strong financial and commercial acumen, including managing budgets and benefits realisation. - Deep experience in programme governance, prioritisation, and disciplined delivery. - Exposure to transformation programmes, TOM redesigns, and structured improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). - Comfortable working with Board-level stakeholders and investor expectations.
