Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role implementing an EMR or healthcare software product, or 2+ years implementing other SaaS-based software products.
- Direct experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or MAT programs.
- Strong understanding of MAT workflows including patient screening, intake and induction processes, medication management, and discharge planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort leading client meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
