Sales Representative II
Incora
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers. • Respond to RFQs (requests for quote) in a timely manner. • Prepare pricing and quotations. • Follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into orders. • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately. • Resolve customer issues related to pricing, shortages, delays, or returns. • Maintain regular communication with customers. • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. • Coordinate with Outside Sales / Account Managers. • Review customer spend trends and buying patterns. • Support contract pricing and long-term agreements. • Work with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers on delivery commitments. • Expedite late orders and manage backorders. • Provide order status updates and shipment tracking. • Maintain CRM / ERP records. • Track bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline. • Support month-end revenue goals and AOP targets.
Job Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Aerospace, distribution, or supply chain background preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel / reporting skills.
