Business Improvement Implementation Specialist
BSI
• Support the Business Improvement Lead to define the approach needed to achieve strategic and operational goals on improvement projects • Interfacing with key systems to gain knowledge through analysis of the RS processes, procedures, systems and associated regulatory requirements • Assist in supporting the effective communication pathways with cross-functional teams including Process Engineers/Architects, IT Business Analysts, and Project Managers in improvement delivery • Contribute to how training related to a specific change is integrated into new-starter training • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or training issues that may arise during the development, delivery, and/or post-implementation phases • Monitors and analyses effectiveness of change to the business as identified in project plan
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a BSI RS operational role OR minimum 2 years of direct experience in product/process/operational delivery
- Technical literacy with the ability to quickly learn BSI RS Systems and Processes
- Experience in the application of quality management systems
- IT literate and able to engage with new and emerging technologies and applications

• Configure Verifiable’s Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customer implementations, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, reporting, dashboards, and implementation-specific configuration. • Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions, implementation tasks, and delivery plans. • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, including Flow-based processes, validation rules, data updates, and configuration-driven business logic. • Support data migration, data cleanup, and backfill activities using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, reports, exports, and structured import processes. • Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and object/field-level access. • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, identify root causes, and clearly communicate resolution options. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical gaps, product issues, enhancement requests, or required development support. • Participate in QA, UAT support, and go-live readiness activities to ensure implementations are accurate, stable, and customer-ready. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration notes, solution designs, deployment notes, testing instructions, and customer-specific implementation details. • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, Implementation Managers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. • Apply Salesforce and Verifiable implementation best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with long-term customer success.

We’re looking for a RBQM Implementation Associate to play a key role in supporting the RBQM Implementation Consultants during OPRA implementation including design, build, test and configuration setup and helping us deliver high‑quality, data‑driven solutions that advance clinical research. As a key member of our RBQM Implementation team, you'll support our Implementation Consultants across core study build and quality activities, including: - OPRA Study Implementation - Assist with setup and review of OPRA studies across multiple OPRA environments. - Review study specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Support the setup and/or review of study build sprints using Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Create test data to support both unit testing and functional testing. - Validate data mapping, custom calculated fields, row data lists and transformation rules during design & build — including running and interpreting SQL queries. - Participate in functional test evidence reviews to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. • Support discovery sessions to understand client MAT/OTP workflows, dosing operations, medication management protocols, and clinical documentation needs. • Configure Kipu EMR following documented standards, translating MAT-specific requirements into accurate system setup including intake, induction, maintenance, and discharge workflows. • Validate data inputs for completeness and accuracy before import or configuration, including patient records, medication protocols, and licensing documentation. • Deliver live, interactive training sessions that build client confidence and competency in using the EMR for MAT operations, prioritizing minimal disruption to dosing and day-to-day clinic workflows. • Maintain accurate project records including status, next steps, and project health. • Confirm MAT workflows are configured, tested, and usable end-to-end before launch, with particular attention to dosing, medication tracking, and regulatory documentation.
