Job Description

Business Improvement Implementation Specialist

BSI

• Support the Business Improvement Lead to define the approach needed to achieve strategic and operational goals on improvement projects • Interfacing with key systems to gain knowledge through analysis of the RS processes, procedures, systems and associated regulatory requirements • Assist in supporting the effective communication pathways with cross-functional teams including Process Engineers/Architects, IT Business Analysts, and Project Managers in improvement delivery • Contribute to how training related to a specific change is integrated into new-starter training • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or training issues that may arise during the development, delivery, and/or post-implementation phases • Monitors and analyses effectiveness of change to the business as identified in project plan

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a BSI RS operational role OR minimum 2 years of direct experience in product/process/operational delivery
  • Technical literacy with the ability to quickly learn BSI RS Systems and Processes
  • Experience in the application of quality management systems
  • IT literate and able to engage with new and emerging technologies and applications

We’re looking for a RBQM Implementation Associate to play a key role in supporting the RBQM Implementation Consultants during OPRA implementation including design, build, test and configuration setup and helping us deliver high‑quality, data‑driven solutions that advance clinical research. As a key member of our RBQM Implementation team, you'll support our Implementation Consultants across core study build and quality activities, including: - OPRA Study Implementation - Assist with setup and review of OPRA studies across multiple OPRA environments. - Review study specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Support the setup and/or review of study build sprints using Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Create test data to support both unit testing and functional testing. - Validate data mapping, custom calculated fields, row data lists and transformation rules during design & build — including running and interpreting SQL queries. - Participate in functional test evidence reviews to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
