About the Senior Sales Manager As the Senior Sales Manager, you will own and drive revenue growth for All Healthy, with a strong focus on direct brand partnerships. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting and relationship development to closing, execution, and post-campaign reporting. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is excited to help shape the future of our sponsorship offerings. While you will have limited account management support for asset collection and approvals, you will be responsible for overall client success and revenue outcomes. Accountabilities - Manage and grow direct sales and partnerships, including prospecting, pipeline development, optimization, upselling, and renewals - Secure new partnerships primarily through flat-fee newsletter sponsorships - Cross-sell web and social offerings when partners are looking to expand beyond the inbox - Develop a deep understanding of partner objectives and align them with All Healthy’s audience and editorial approach - Collaborate closely with the Editorial team to ensure campaigns are on-brand and resonate with our readers - Manage the sponsorship calendar to optimize campaign volume and revenue - Help evolve our internal direct sales channel by ideating and launching new ad products, formats, and capabilities - Stay current on industry trends and performance benchmarks, using insights to refine strategy and improve sponsor results
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience selling newsletter sponsorships or similar digital media products
- Minimum 2 years experience using CRM tools for prospecting and pipeline management (ideally Clay, Apollo, and/or Instantly)
- An existing network of brands or agencies you can activate for All Healthy and related brands
- Proven ability to build long-term, repeat partnerships
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with editorial and operations teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage tight deadlines
- Comfortable learning quickly and adapting in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
- This position is remote, typically Monday through Friday. Pacific Standard Time preferred for maximum team synchronous working time.
- Salary range: $90,000-$120,000 with variable compensation plan
