Junior Sales Manager – Orthopedic and Endovascular Navigation
Brainlab
• Become an expert in Brainlab’s orthopedic planning and endovascular navigation portfolio • Demonstrate solutions both in person and online, showcasing clinical value through interactive demos, workshops, and webinars • Build successful and trusting relationships with customers and partners, helping them select the solutions that best suit their needs • Represent Brainlab at congresses, symposia, and professional events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement • Actively pursue new business opportunities, from lead generation to successful implementation • Collaborate closely with colleagues from Regional Sales, Product Management, and Application Consulting to align strategy and execution • Manage the complete sales cycle, including quotations, tender responses, and documentation for RfPs • Drive market growth and strengthen Brainlab’s position in orthopedic and vascular surgery through proactive engagement • Maintain a professional and innovative image of Brainlab with customers, competitors, and colleagues
Job Requirements
- A highly motivated and self-driven professional, ready to take the next step in shaping the future of digital surgery
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clinicians and partners
- Clinical, technical, or sales experience in medical technology – ideally in orthopedics, vascular surgery, or interventional radiology
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region and engage directly with customers
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
