• Perform comprehensive pre-launch QA validation for all CRM campaigns, bonuses, and promotional setups across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite) • Verify all bonus configurations, ensuring the accuracy of eligibility rules, wagering requirements, caps, expiry dates, game restrictions, and underlying mechanics • Validate targeting logic and player segmentation accuracy prior to any campaign activation • Execute structured, end-to-end testing using test accounts to simulate real player scenarios, confirming that tracking, triggers, and reward deliveries function flawlessly • QA automated lifecycle journeys to guarantee correct entry/exit logic and timing, preventing duplicate triggers, stacking conflicts, or unintended player exposure • Build, maintain, and own standardized QA checklists, testing protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Establish and enforce mandatory QA approval gates and audit trails before any campaign or automation is activated • Conduct root cause analysis on CRM incidents or failed executions to identify recurring gaps and implement preventative controls • Report QA findings, operational risks, and continuous improvement recommendations directly to CRM leadership
Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of high-performance experience in a CS role (iGaming)
- A strong interest in CRM
- Previous experience in a CRM role will be a big plus!
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks under strict process guidelines
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting discrepancies and refining workflows

• Provide Quality leadership as part of the New Modalities Quality team to ensure end to end quality oversight necessary to facilitate agility and speed-to-market while sustaining compliant supply of new modalities pipeline products to global markets. • Stay ahead of current GMP requirements and industry trends as described in worldwide regulations and industry standards, and trend reporting. • Maintain a subject matter expert level of knowledge related to these specialized areas of expertise, with a specific focus on Antibody Drug Conjugates. • Provide guidance and coaching to manufacturing colleagues on new modalities quality oversight requirements and Health Authority GMP expectations. • Evaluate current company and partner Quality Management Systems for seamless integration and realize synergies where available while ensuring compliance to GMP requirements. • Ensure alignment to corporate policies as well as other divisional policies related to management of product quality. • Implement a fit-for-purpose QMS, ensuring end-to-end quality oversight of new modalities products manufactured at our company and external partner sites. • Partner with our company's Manufacturing Division QMS team for QMS updates as needed. • Work in partnership across the organization (Research, Manufacturing and Commercial) to understand the unique requirements for the new modality products and ensure that these requirements are addressed via fit-for-purpose quality management oversight. • Evaluate external partner Quality and compliance robustness and identify Quality risks. • Work with internal colleagues and external partners to remediate risks as appropriate. • Ensure that facilities/processes are compliant and support approval of new modality regulatory filings. • Maintain close working relationship with our research and manufacturing divisions' Quality departments and Technical CMC teams for end-to-end Quality oversight/support of new modalities products. • Support development of and report quality metrics measuring operational effectiveness to appropriate research and manufacturing divisions' governance forums. • Ensure continuous improvement to new modalities QMS to maintain GMP and Regulatory compliance.
• Own the quality of mobile app (iOS/Android), backend services, and internal back-office tools releases. • Test new features with complex crypto and fintech logic, including high-stakes flows (transactions, swaps, asset custody, KYC). • Drive QA-developer collaboration on automated testing: write detailed test cases, review and accept actual coverage, and incorporate the resulting test suite into daily QA work. • Establish and own QA standards and metrics, including test case templates, checklists, bug-reporting standards, defect rate, escape rate, CFR/LT, and build reporting for stakeholders. • Lead production stability efforts: monitor logs and metrics (Sentry, Firebase, Grafana), drive incident response, run post-mortems, and surface root causes. • Mentor the Middle QA engineer and contribute to raising QA maturity across the team. • Shape QA strategy and influence product quality with the Team Lead, developers, product managers, and designers.
• You'll be the last line of defence on outbound creative — copy decks, scripts, captions, assets — before any of it reaches a client or goes live. • The immediate focus is our Tier 1, high-compliance accounts, starting with NutriMax. • You'll partner with Valen to build a tiered client framework (low, medium, high compliance) and apply rigorous claim-checking on regulated work — pet health, supplements, and other categories where the difference between "supports" and "cures" isn't semantic, it's legal. • You'll maintain claim libraries, do-not-say lists, and approved phrase banks for each Tier 1 brand. • Brand standards sit with you too. Logos, colour, typography, tone of voice — checked against each client's guidelines, not from memory. • You'll keep brand standards summaries live for the top accounts so the studio has one reference point, not five. • Then you'll turn all of that into a system. Checklists, review templates, SOPs, pre-flight checks by output type. • QA stops being a person and becomes a process the agency can scale. • You'll track error patterns, report trends to leadership monthly, and recommend workflow changes that reduce revision cycles before they become a problem. • You'll work across creative, strategy, account management, and PM — the calm, constructive voice in the room who catches problems early without becoming a bottleneck. • As volume grows, you'll help coach junior QA or proofreaders, and define what the QA support layer looks like once the load justifies it.
